Bio

In 1995 JP started educating building owners, both residential and commercial the values of incorporating the company’s “Three Phase System” to energy efficiency.

*Phase 1 is focusing on energy conservation by insulating and sealing the building envelope and maintaining a high level of health/green rated materials used.

Phase 2 is analyzing mechanical systems in the building (HVAC systems, hot water heaters, frigerators, freezers, etc) to determine their continued viability or possible replacement to energy star rated units.

Phase 3 is introducing renewable energy strategies such as solar electric systems, solar thermal heating systems or possibly wind turbines. Approaching retrofitting buildings from this comprehensive integrated management strategy ensures optimal energy savings, improved comfort levels, healthier interior environments and reduces the owner’s personal carbon footprint on the environment.
